Starting 1 August 2024 we’ll be launching a refresh to the current Rewards Circle program. Check out the details on this new program below.

FIRST-ORDER
• FREE shipping on enrolment order when you set up 150+ SV on subscription.
MONTHLY
• Discount Codes when you process 150+ SV on subscription*.
• 1 New Customer 10% off Discount Code valid for 7 days.
• 1 New Consultant 10% off Pack Discount Code valid for next full calendar month.
*Limit 1 set of discount codes per account per month.
Customer Rewards

• 10% off one-time retail.
• FREE shipping with subscription set up.
• FREE gift with subscription set up of $280+.
MONTHLY
• 10% off one-time retail.
• $7 Reward Credit earned for every $170 spent on subscription.
• Redeem $7 credit for every $85 spent.

| Why were changes made to the Rewards Circle loyalty program? | Currently Consultants are not able to participate in Rewards Circle. This change allows Consultants to participate. Customers also now have the benefit of earning free shipping on their enrolment order and customising their redemption for different order sizes. |
| When will the changes take place for Rewards Circle? | Changes to the program will go into effect 1 August 2024. |

| When are the new Customer Rewards? | Customer Rewards for a LifeVantage subscription include benefits on your first order and on every order that processes after that. • Free shipping on the first order when it’s set up as a subscription. • Free gift on the first order when it’s set up as a subscription over $280. • $7 in Reward Credits for every $170 spent on subscription. $7 Reward Credits can be redeemed for every $85 spent. |
| What is the Reward Credit value? | Reward Credit values will change from $15 to $7 as of 1 August 2024. |
| Are credits redeemed automatically or can you choose when to use them? | Customers can choose if they want credits redeemed automatically on orders. This option is available in the Account section of your LifeVantage account. |
| How does credit usage impact LifeVantage Consultant commissions? | When a Customer uses a Reward Credit on their order, this will impact Customer Sales Income value for the order, as the order value will be reduced by the selected credit amount. |
| What happens to Insider status? | When Rewards Circle changes go into effect on 1 August 2024, we will discontinue Insider status. All current Insider Customers will maintain their earned credits but will begin earning credits at the new rate. |
| What happens to current credits when the program changes? | All current credits will be split from $15 to two $7 credits. For the initial change, we will add $1 to accounts for every $15 Reward Credit. This credit may be used for shipping costs. |

| What are the new Consultant Rewards? | Consultant Rewards for a LifeVantage subscription include benefits on your first order and every order that processes after that. • Free shipping on the first order when it’s set up as a subscription with 150 SV or more. • Two shareable discount codes issued with a single subscription of 150 SV or more. • 1 Customer discount code for 10% off a first-time order. • 1 Consultant discount code for 10% off an Enrolment Pack. |
| Is there a limit to the number of discount codes earned? | Yes, there is a maximum of two discount codes issued each month. Codes will be issued within 24 hours of subscription payment. |
| Where can I find my available discount codes? | Discount codes are issued to your LifeVantage Account and are viewable when you log in to your account and in the LifeVantage App. |
| What are discount code expiration dates? | Customer discount codes expire 7 days after issuance. Consultant discount codes expire at the end of the first full month after issuance. For example, if you receive a discount code on the 28th of the month, you will have until the end of the following month to help a new Consultant save 10% on their first Enrolment Pack purchase. |
| Can Consultant discount codes be transferred or shared (e.g., can discount codes be shared with others not personally enrolled)? | No, when you receive a discount code, it is only valid for your personally enrolled Consultants and/or Customers. Codes with not work for other Consultant enrolments. |
